Neil Harrison Gallagher
Neil Gallagher is a Marine Corps Veteran and graduate of the University of South Florida (USF). He owns Sprocket Roofing and is Co-Founder and Vice President of Brighterway Solar, based out of Tampa Florida. Neil has been recognized for his involvement in the Tampa Bay community and his academic success. Neil is also pursuing his master's degree.

2018
Military Outstanding Volunteer
Neil was awarded the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal by the Marine Corps Reserve in recognition of his volunteer service in the community. Neil had completed over 2000 hours in the three preceding years. Volunteering with mostly youth organizations and veterans groups.
2022
Sprocket Roofing and Brighterway Solar
Neil founded two Tampa-based construction companies: Sprocket Roofing and Brighterway Solar.
2017
Veteran of the Year
Neil was recognized as the Veteran of the Year for the University of South Florida. He was selected from over 2000 student veterans attending the university.
2020
Muma College of Business
Neil was honored as one of the Muma College of Business's 25 under 25 recipients. He graduated with honors with a 3.52 GPA in Personal Financial Planning and began working as a Financial Consultant. Since graduation, he has found his way back to the construction services industry and has spent several years as a Project Manager for a multi-million dollar home services provider in Tampa. He provided the company with business analytics and financial auditing.
